Will my A21m Thinkpad work with...??

Hi ,,
I just wanted to know if my IBM A21m Thinkpad will work with an internal WiFi card that was from a T41 Thinkpad???

You'd have to do quite some modding...

No A21m units have wireless antennae installed, so you'd have to either:

a) find a lid from a wireless-enabled A22m (good luck with that, these are extremely rare)

b) mod your own lid to accept antennae...

c) install the antennae under the keyboard, where the range wouldn't really be that great...

I'd stick with a PCMCIA card if I were you...

To OP:

A21m uses the miniPCI slot for the ethernet/modem combo card. Are you sure you want to give up the wired ethernet port for an internal wireless card?
