R51 (1829 9MG) Access IBM button malfunction

Hi everyone!

After virus attack and fresh installation of WindowsXP I have problem with the blue Access IBM button on IBM ThinkPad R51 - it invokes a Boot menu screen, instead of the internal Rescue and recovery screen.

Well, on the HDD there is a partition, called IBMPSP with Recovery and Preboot folders into. I guess that partition is behind Rescue and recovery screen, isn't it? Now it's visible in WindowsXP...

How can I restore the functionality of the blue Access IBM button? With Rescue and Recovery disks? If this is the only one way - how can I obtain them?!?
