Hello,
I have a Z61p and have been using Windows XP for several years. My USB ports were recognized as v2.0 ports and my SD reader used to recognize cards.
After I installed Windows 7, my USB ports are all recognized as v1.1 ports, and my SD reader is not recognizing any cards.
When I plug a device into a USB port, I get a message suggesting that I plug the device into a v2.0 port. I've tried all three ports and I get the same message. The latest I heard from Lenovo support is that I need to download the USB 2.0 drivers from Microsoft, but I haven't had any success in finding them.
When I put a card into my SD reader, the OS doesn't even seem to register that anything has happened. I don't see any error messages. I have installed the TI drivers successfully, but there is no change in behavior.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Sandeep
