no work: a22p 15" UXGA screen on a20m 14.1" XGA system

the a22p 2629-UTU died "blink o' death"--may I use the 15" UXGA screen
to replace the 14.1" XGA screen on working a20m 2628-41U?

physically it looks OK--the hinge screws line up, also the flexible LCD cable:
should I be changing inverters? sub-cards? Or is this just not a good idea?

appreciating your comments

No.

Type of board used determines the resolution on all A2x machines.

A board from a 14" XGA unit will not drive a 15" UXGA.
