Z61m battery detection fault

Z61m faults to detect battery.
Without any battery installed it reports that:
Battery 2: Error detected
Battery 1: The battery was completely discharged...
Battery LED blinking.
With good battery installed LED coming solid green and battery charging with AC adapter attached, but 90W AC adapter reports as 120W.
Battery information in Power Manager displays correctly.
Notebook comes with dead battery (2.6V, unable to charge).
