Just decided to try out the Bluetooth support built into my A31P's. So I ended up with a HP Photosmart 2575 All in one printer and a generic BT USB adapter. Installed all the bloatware from HP, plugged in the BT adapter into the printer, verified it was working and broadcasting. Got the MS BT stack working on the A31P. All looks good

(I thought)
The 'Bluetooth Device' wizard sees the printer during the 'add new BT device' process and lets me think I'm connected. (I can see the address of the printer, pass phrase etc.) However, when I click finish and then click 'view BT devices', the printer is gone

. Needless to say, the 'add new bluethooth printer' wizard does not see any BT printers.
Is the built in A31P Bluetooth standard just too old to support printers? I'm using the latest (last) bios and embedded controller versions. I tried using the IBM BT Daughter card driver, but that didn't help matters at all.
Is there another BT stack that I can use, or am I missing something really simple here? Surely there must be somebody around here that is using an A31P to print via Bluetooth.
Thanks,
