Internal N wireless card for G41?

Are there any internal N wireless cards that will go into a G41? Am in the process of getting my G41 up and running again (bad motherboard) and would liketo get an N card. If they don't make an internal one I guess I'll just use an external usb card.

Do I need to run a BIOS patch or is that only for earlier TP models?
