R60 9457-A49 going to argentina electric question

I am sending my sister my R60 I live in USA she lives in Argentina is there any problem with the different electric?

As long as you also send the standard 20V power supply that came with it, it will be fine.
These PSUs are universal and work anywhere between 100-240 Volts and 50-60 Hz.
Argentina has 220V 50Hz.

As RBS has beaten me to the answer, here's some background: According to this Wiki article, Argentina uses 220VAC 50Hz. As long as she uses the factory AC power supply, then the only problem would be matching the 2-prong USA plug to whatever she has in her home/office. That can be done with an adapter which converts the two parallel USA blades to pins (TYPE C socket) or two/three angled blades (TYPE I). Or, she can simply replace the entire AC cord with one that matches the wall outlet and the Thinkpad AC adapter's socket. She could probably get such a cord from a local IBM/Lenovo dealer.

Your machine came with a 65W AC adapter with 2-prong mains plug.
Your sister can by such a powercord in any electrical shop.
Just in case, the Lenovo part# for Argentina power cord is 42T5020 or 42T5105 (different manufacturers).
