Can I replace my original A31 UXGA LCD with T4x series??

My LCD Screen is starting to give me the "dust" on the screen.

I am thinking of replacing it but with a newer series.

I see on ebay people are selling the UXGA 15 inch screen for A31, T4x and T6x.

I was wondering if I could replace it with a newer model.
