Could try re-seating the memory and hard drive as a place to start.

Pull the memory, hard drive, wifi card, optical drive and battery. Hit the power button 10 times for a second, then one more time for 30 seconds. Plug the power back in and try to start it. If it does not beep, the board is most likely dead. If it does beep, try plugging things back in one at a time to see if you can find the culprit. Good Luck.
