R60 screen/display problem [foto]

Hi,
As you can see on photos below, I have a problem with screen/display. I wonder if it is ATI card problem, screen problem, or maybe connection between them?
To check it I did these:
- I connected another LCD (analog cable) - everything on this screen work great, in each mode, but on laptop screen problem still exists;
- I updated drivers for ATI card (ATI radeon mobility 1400) - no changes;
- I turned off this card and used standard VGA controller - the same

Did anyone have problem like this? What is the reason then?

You most likely need a new LCD.

I forgot to add that the same problem is while BIOS is loading, actually it is all the time while laptop works (left half of screen displays strange things)
