[R51] 14" Flexview available?

I have a FrankenPad (T40 case with R51 mainboard) and it uses the default 14" T40 XGA 1024x768 LCD.

I also have an T42 with an 15" 1400x1050 Flexview screen, and that panel looks AWESOME I would like to also have such a screen on my FrankenPad

Is there any possibility to swap the 14" XGA T40 panel with an 14" Flexview?

Or is Flexview only available for 15" and up ?

IPS screens (under the brand name of Flexview and others) were/are only available on Thinkpads in 15" size or 12" tablets.
