Which motherboards would work for R61 8918-B9G?

I have an R61 (8918-B9G) with a dead GPU, meaning I'd need a replacement MBO to get it working. On the Lenovo website I found that the replacement MBO is 42W7791, but I have a feeling that I could use some other motherboard models as a replacement. Can anyone please provide the info? Thanks.

You could look for an alternative board with integrated Intel graphics: 42W7825, 42W7883, 42W7826 or 42W7884.
They wouldn't give any GPU problems.

I may be too late, but...

It's for the T61, but i'm 99.9% sure it'd work on an R61.

This is assuming you have the Nvidia Quadro nvs 140m (I've seen a number of posts on different forums entailing dead nvs 140m gpus...)
