Non-IBM battery on R52 Problem

Hi, I bought a non-ibm battery (7800 mha) to replace my old original battery on R52, but the pc don't recognize the new battery and so don't charge it.
The battery led is off and windows say "there isn't battery".

Is it a battery problem or the latest BIOS not accept non-original battery??

If the laptop recognized the original battery but not the new one, it's a battery problem.
