Speakers have fuzzy sound when laptop has been in Standby
Speakers have fuzzy sound when laptop has been in Standby
I have an R61e running Windows XP SP3. When I open the lid of my laptop (after it has been in Standby mode) the speakers sound fuzzy. It's just for the first few minutes but what would cause this?
Re: Speakers have fuzzy sound when laptop has been in Standby
I'll wait for an answer here, too. My R61 has always done this, albeit intermittently.
R61, Core 2 Duo T8300 at 2.40GHz, 15.4" WXGA, XP Pro

Re: Speakers have fuzzy sound when laptop has been in Standby
My guess would be that some condensers in the audio circuit empty during standby, and take a short while to recharge after 'waking up'.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
