BSOD with R61, Event ID 7026 - what drivers?

BSOD with R61, Event ID 7026 - what drivers?

I have an R61 running XP with SP3. No new hardware or software. Getting random BSOD with the Event ID 7026, claiming a problem with drivers "ANC" and "IBMTPCHK" - I can find no info on these drivers anywhere. What are they?

I read through most of the first 2 pages, looks like a bunch of different issues can cause it. Best bet is to reload windows.
