Where is IBM software for embedded security chip? (R40)

Can anyone help me find a working link @ IBM's website to install the client for the embedded security chip on my R40 ? I get as far as here:

...and then click on the "downloadable client" link. The subsequent pop-up box asks me for my machine type (which is 2897-83U). When I click OK ... I am not served a link to a downloadable file. I've tried this on 2 browsers (IE and Firefox) and get the same dead-end.

Anyone ?

The link works ... although I'm amazed how well hidden it is. After I 've gone thru the various README files, I might be back for more input from this community before I install.

I already use passwords to lock my BIOS and BOOT, and I use GPG encryption for files and sensitive email - so I'm not sure what additional benefits this IBM software package offers.
