My Thinkpad R60's LCD monitor isn't functioning correctly. I can see what is on the screen, but the backlight will not turn on.
I have tried two inverters, the original one from the R60, and another one from a T61. I have tried two different LCD cables and confirmed that the screen is working. I also swapped out the monitor and the backlight would not turn on for the second monitor either.
Any ideas?

Re: R60 LCD Problem
Check for a blown fuse on the systemboard.
Re: R60 LCD Problem
How do I check for the blown fuse? Where on the systemboard should I be looking?
