Random sleep issue on L412 Win 7

I posted this a while back in the 'L' section. I am having a problem with my laptop, L412, it's running windows 7 , 32 bit. It runs along fine and then without warning it just goes to sleep. I don't think it's a heat related issue because it will sometimes happen within 5 minutes of start up. I' not doing anything cpu or gpu intensive. TFC shows temps around 55-60c. Hoping maybe someone in this section can help. Outside of this problem the machine runs like a top.

It is a known bug with ThinkPad fan control. It interferes with Power Manager driver. Uninstalling Power Manager is said to fix the problem.

I am using http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/cont ... Ns-jWnorlc keyboard and think the problem may lie with it. I have issues with random fn/hotkey programs launching without being prompted.
TFC was installed after these issues started so I don't believe the issue lies there.
Any thoughts?
