Upgrading new T400 HD to Win 7. Thinkvantage/Function key?

I am upgrading my T400 (currently running the original Vista 64x Business) with a larger HD and will be doing a clean install of Win 7 Ultimate 64x full retail version. I want to have access to Thinkvantage, and of course all of the Thinkpad function keys. I would appreciate input on how to accomplish this, and as much information as I can gather to make this a smooth transition. Thanks in advance.

For the function keys, there should be a driver on the lenovo site for that.

Thanks for your reply. I did a search of this site before posting, but couldn't find much that directly answered my concerns. I was able to get some good info from the Lenovo community groups and I decided to simply download EVERYTHING from the Lenovo driver & software page that applied to the T400 & Win 7 64 bit. Hopefully installing the Thinkvantage updater will install all of the current drivers & Thinkvantage software for me, but I'll have everything lined up in case it doesn't. If that doesn't get me where I want to be, than I'll post here again. ThinkPads.com does not seem to have much in the way of community participation in the groups anymore. IIRC it used to be a lot more active. Thanks again for your reply.

You need the Hotkey Features Driver for the extra buttons and onscreen pop-ups.

Thanks for your reply, but as I said above, I've already downloaded everything, so hopefully the upgrade goes well.
