Windows 10 Encroaching Upon Windows 7 -- Get it Off!

#1 Post by Hierax_ca » Fri Dec 04, 2015 12:14 pm

Windows 10 is encroaching upon my Windows 7 computers uninvited and I want to get it off!

The Win10 logo has appeared on the taskbar and I can't see how get it off and, moreover, I'm worried that some of the Win10 invasive clutter is also insidiously getting into My Win7 machines.

Is there a way I can get this stuff off and keep it off? After getting it off, will I have to turn off Windows updates altogether and relegate Win7 to offline only (like WinXP) or is there a way to disable it from giving me this garbage that I don't want?

What can I do?

Thank You!

Good luck! Come next year Windows 10 will be forcibly installed if recommended updates are turned on.
