Looking for retro 80 scifi windows theme

I'v been looking for a retro looking theme for my T60 but cant find the right balance, some websites are unreadable or just weird but windows explorer and such look very 80s scifi

anyone have a preset theme ?

If glaring white backgrounds is what you want to avoid, find a dark theme and call it a day (or a night).

Why do get the sense I am viewing the "high Contrast" option in windows?

Too much bright colour against a dark background = not good for the eyes over extended periods.
