T60P wireless drop-outs with W7B

Hi. So I have an X300 and a T60P, both have been running Vista Business. I just upgraded the T60P to Windows 7 Beta, and everything works fine except... I am experiencing wireless drop outs. More specifically, when I ping my wireless linksys router 192.168.1.1 with the X300, I always get 4 ping responses; however, when I do the ping with the T60P running W7B, I will usually but not always get 1 or 2 dropped pings, ie: "Request timed out". The T60P was not experiencing this with Vista-- only now with W7B. What are some of the tweaking, modification, adjustment, and troubleshooting steps I can follow so the T60P W7B won't have wireless drop outs?
