how to disable drag-to-maximize?

Hi,
does anyone know a way how to disable the drag-to-maximize feature in Win 7 aero. For me it´s rather a subject of inconvenience as I tend to move windows a lot around the screen. Using keyboard shortcuts like windows key + arrow is faster for me.
