How to share the folders between Win7 and win XP

After installing the win7 system, i found it's impossible for me to add my win7 into the Workgroup, to share a folder with other computers which having XP system on.

The win7 has a new 'home group' only, what can I do?

right click folder - share - advanced sharing - permissions - everyone - allow full control. Restart.

at least that's what i do in my home network with an xp box, a vista laptop and a windows 7 box.
