Thinkpad T60 - Windows 7 RTM (64) - Memory Question

I've installed 4 gigs of memory on my T60, Windows 7 RTM x64, however, the system manager is reporting that it recognizes 4 gigs but only 3 gigs are usable. BIOS detects 4 gigs of RAM. Is there something I need to do on my end? Or is the video card reserving 1 gig to itself?

T60's do not use more than 3GB of RAM. This is a chipset limitation.
