Windows 7 Keyboard Problem

#1 Post by st.hackan » Sun Nov 08, 2009 6:57 am

Hi,

I have an SL 500 and yesterday I installed win. 7 on it. But the keys on the left that are used to volume up,down and mute did not work.Also the function keys (Fn) is not working for the time being. I have installed the hotkey driver from the Lenovo Support, but it also did not work.

Any solution to this ?

Did you install the Lenovo system interface driver and the power management driver?

Does the OSD (on-screen-display) work when you press volume keys?

Try reinstalling the Hotkey driver again. Sometimes the order of installation matters.

Hi Guys,
Me Lara Croft, I read your problem regarding Windows 7.
You should install Lenova SL 500 drivers on your system. This is the only solution for your problem.
Have a nice day!

Link please? Every driver I have recommended was an SL500 driver. They are here;

What drivers were used?
