Windows 7 internet connection slow

I really got big problem with the internet connection on my thinkpad T500 it's so slow.
I've installed the drivers for the intel chip and also the access connection manager but it's really slow.
dunno what to do

i think the problem is a conflict between access connection and the windows wireless service, but when i try to disable the windows service , the wireless radio won't work anymore.

Try disabling IPV6 as Debbie in the second post of the following thread explains. See if that helps.
