Win 7RC 64bit blue screen when wake up from sleep

I can those about every 4th time. thats the only time i get Blue screen.
my machine is basically new, the MB was replaced a month ago by Lenovo plus 2 new Dimms.
so i really dont suspect the hardware to be faulty here.

anyone else here experienced this ?
