X200T Windows 7 clean install keyboard shortcut not working

I have installed Windows7 on my X200 Tablet, everything working fine, except the keyboard shortcuts which I made to open a folder.
In properties of the shortcut, it does show "Ctrl + Alt + T" (when instructing to use it with the letter T), but it does not work.
Can anybody give me advice? Thanks.
