Lenovo USB Keyboard and Windows 7

Hi
At home I'm using Ubuntu on my Thinkpad, but at work I'm using a desktop with Windows 7 and the Lenovo USB Keyboard (like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/godisempty/4072482720/ - but with danish layout).

My problems are that Num Lock is enabled at boot, mute mic, Lock screen and other shoutcuts are not working. I've installed the driver software for the keyboard.

Can somebody please help me?
