Dual Display

#1 Post by JR123 » Wed Mar 17, 2010 10:00 am

I have a new Lenovo X200 with Windows 7. I have tried everything in the "book," but still cannot get my machine to go into Dual Display mode when connected to a projector. I can get it to Projector only, but not Dual. Very frustrating. Can you help?

So when you right click on your desktop and go to "Screen Resolution" it shows both displays and the resolution for the projector is set to a resolution supported by the projector?

when i am connected to a PC projector, I have four choices:
computer only
duplicate
extend
projector only[/b]

computer only works
extend just shows my screen saver
projector only works (shows my screen thru the projector, not on my desktop)
duplicate is the one that really doesn't work (this option shows my screen thru the projector and not on my desktop)

I never had this problem with any other ThinkPad or operating system.

it's odd! am I missing a driver or something?
