T60p and Power Manager settings

#1 Post by tpribors » Tue Mar 30, 2010 11:41 pm

I made a new power setting called "This Thinkpad" and set up the power manager to not go into sleep or standby after idle. But the system doesn't remember these settings. Has anyone else run into this and is there a solution? The power manager is version 3.12.

I am never a BIG Fan of TV software ,,,, if you running Win7, i would suggest use the Windows one , as its lots better ,,,,, and works nicely !! I am not sure which model you have - I /we have several 100 ..various W&T series and everyone seems to run 'their own custom' power settings , and it works

Does anyone have any more thoughts on this? It's the only annoying thing about Win7 on my T60p. I've since gone through a couple of automatic updates with new power managers and it still happens. Is there some bogus stuff in the registry?
