WARNING on BIOS update

I have seen several reports of users trashing their motherboards by updating the BIOS under Windows 7. The update starts normally, then hangs, leaving the machine in a state where it cannot ever start again. I suggest downloading the .iso file and doing a stand-alone update.

Power it down all the way, and then turn it on.
