flashing screen

flashing screen

Hello,

I had windows vista and everything was ok.Now I have windows 7 and screen, before log in start flashing/blinking.Sometimes restart helps.Sometimes I use laptop for few hours and is not blinking.
Is something wrong with laptop(electronic problem)or with program windows7?
Any advice?

Somebody-very good with computers -told me -I need to ROOL BACK VGA adapter's driver.
I did it and NO more blinking.
