wireless network not working on thinkpad T42 (windows 7)

I have installed windows 7 on my Thinkpad T42 but the wireless internet and audio is not working. I tried to download the drivers from the IBM website but none is working. (on the website there is no wireless network driver for windows 7) Dose anyone know what should I download to fix the wireless problem?

What wireless card is in that machine? It should be a ThinkPad Dual-Band 802.11a/b, a Cisco Aironet Wireless 802.11b, an Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B, a ThinkPad 802.11a/b/g, an Intel PRO Wireless 2200BG, or an Intel PRO Wireless 2915a/b/g. If it's one of the IBM or Cisco cards you have a challenge on your hands. If it's an Intel chipset, the drivers should be installable through MS Windows update. What is the machine type/model number (of the Thinkpad) from the bottom sticker?.e.g. 2647-3CU.

Thank you for your reply I have no idea which one is it. I guess its not the intel one b/c it did not installed it after installing the windows 7.
Its IBM type 2378, (23S)802.11a/b/g MAC Addr: 00 13 CE 8A EF 27.

We need the model #. It's a 2378, but what is the (3) digit model #. It's on the same sticker. 2378-XXX. What is X?
