problems with Thinkpad Utilities since Windows updaes

Hi i really hope i'm posting this in the right section! But anyhow,

I have a problem with my Laptop.
a few days ago i downloaded and installed Windows Updates( Definitionupdate for Microsoft Seurity Essencialsand) since than everytime i boot my computer it givs me this error:
Problem with starting C:\Program Files\ThinkPad\Utilities sxstrace.exe
The application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

what shold i do?? i'm out of ideas, and searced everywhere for an solution, and didn't find one!
on the internet i read that i should uninstall and reinstall the Thinkpad Toolbox and it might work, BUT IT DIDN'T!

ps. I hope you understand my english, i know it is not perfect.
I also tried to get an answer for this problem in an german forum but no one had a solution there, except reinstalling the whole Windows system, and I absolutly want to avid that!

I really hope some one can help me!! :)

oh by the way i have an Lenovo 3000 N200 Type: 0769-ERG
and im running Win 7

Looks like Power Manager. Try uninstalling and reinstalling that.
