X201 black screen (about 5 minutes) during logon

I have a X201 with Windos 7 x64 Professional installed and is joined to a domain.
I use all the latest drivers, bios and software components from ThinkVantage.

During logon to the domain the screen get black sometimes for about 5 minutes.
Sometimes it is quicker, but sometimes even longer black ....

During the back screen the mouse arrow is visible and can be moved.

Does anyone have the same experience and has a solution for it ?

Seems there are a lot of users with similar... I don't see any that offer a timeframe (i.e continues after about 5 minutes)... but definately similar sounding otherwise...

Make sure your BIOS is not set to try to boot from an network or USB device etc.
