Best wireless headset/microphone solution for Skype?

Hi everyone,

I'm helping a friend to research this and just wondering what solutions are out there? I know about the Plantronics CS50USB, but it seems rather pricy for what it does.

What about aBlueTooth solution, something like the following unit from IOGEAR?

Would the microphone on the IOGEAR unit work for PC audio applications, or is its use only supported by cell phones?
if the IOGEAR isn't the answer, any other suggestions would be much appreciated.
