eBay: tracking packages from China using Speedpak

#1 Post by RealBlackStuff » Sat Aug 25, 2018 8:09 am

eBay has been at it again, using yet another (shipping/tracking) system to ship stuff from China.
Its name is Speedpak and tracking is available here: http://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/speedpak

However, I found a slightly more detailed tracking service: http://www.orangeconnex.com/trackDetail
At least this one tells you in which country your package is.

Not sure if their delivery speed is any better than before, we'll see.

I've had something come in with speedpak before. If I remember correctly, it was a partnership with eBay involved.
It was on the faster side for a shipment from China for me. Slow compared to some international shipments I've received, but China is usually fairly slow.
The slowest part of the shipment was actually US customs for me, but I guess that is with all China shipments.

I have been using 17track.net. Are there somethings that it does not catch with Speedpak will?

yes each time I order from Chinese ebay seller I receive a tracking number but it is worthless. my personal tracking estimation is more accurate, it takes each time 7 weeks goddammit  the bottleneck though seems to be EU customs
