IBM ThinkCentre Video Card Upgrade

I own an orginal IBM ThinkCentre "8194-A4U" and made it a PC game system or rather just have all my games on it. Its running Windows XP Professional with a Intel Pentium 4, 2GB Max RAM. I noticed that I can upgrade the video card and was woundering if I could buy a video card that has a HDMI port since this is todays connections from VGA/AV, and my 26" VIZIO HDTV is what my ThinkCentre is connected to by VGA right now.
