That is HALO (High Attitude, Low Observability)
Picture 155, little fellow on the right, thats UnderBoi.
Halo needs a down and dirty, small tracking device. I stumbled on the Migo http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=791
But Verizon no longer supports something this useful and functional. Want a Droid to contact the moon, no issue, want to find a lost child, your goobed!
Anyway, thats what Im thinking, any suggestions?

GPS Tracking
I see in my son's eyes, each day, the wonders I have squandered fortunes to possess and have sought my entire lifetime to attain. jrr 09/2011
