Windows 8 Pro not installing

[ThinkPad560X]

I have a IBM ThinkCentre A50p tower and been running Windows 7 on it. It has a Intel Pentium 4, 2.40GHz, 4GB RAM Max, Nvidia Graphics card, and got a new 1TB HDD for the install. Get Error (Your PC needs to restart. Please hold down the power button. Error Code: 0x0000005D

Shows the new Windows 8 logo when I press start from CD/DVD and stays for a few seconds and then get the error.

I am pretty certain the P4 does not support PAE.
