Probably the Lenovo Ideapad S10 and S100 Series with 10.1" 1024×600 LED-backlit screen.
AFAIK IBM themselves did not build widescreens until the ~14"/~15" Z60/Z61 shortly before the sale to Lenovo.
If you are interested, I have such an S100 (in black) for sale.

New 20V adapter, revised keyboard layout with Windows key and different motherboard plug for it...
