New Thinkpad but....?

I will buy in the next ~1 Year maybe a new Thinkpad. Over the last years i bought enough Stuff who end in the Basement because the don't work...
Like my Win Tablet. That sshhh... have for Recharge only one USB Connection and the become not enough energy who need for running.
Or i need an cheat to install Win 8.1 Business instead of Home...
Or run a Russian Bios on my TB to use a newer Wifi Card...
So which sshhhtt does Lenovo do now the make a good Product more worst?
