Did anybody see a real TrackPoint in a non-IBM non-Lenovo device? Even IBM once used fake TrackPoint.

Its trackpad is a Elan product, so that disqualifies Alps DualPoint. Does Elan offer pointing sticks? If not Elan, then probably Synaptics TouchStyk or Alps not-DualPoint solution.

It's too bad that the battery is so small, perhaps they will come out with other
models or a slice battery.

Fookin hell. No one will ever do anything properly. No one will ever open their freakin eyes and cater to our possibly lucrative niche.
I really wish I had enough relevant expertise to launch a start-up and get shyt done the way it needs to be; i.e. offer a proper, pre-Lenovo laptop.
