As of Pale Moon 25 you can no longer fully use Adblock Plus.
There is a new, modified, specific for Pale Moon version, named "Adblock Latitude".

Works perfectly.

Use a custom hosts file, and the ad-blocking will not need third-party software, and it will work with every application.

Can your hosts-file shrink the TPF-header down to this?
