By the way, UPS hires brokerage agencies to do assessments for customs costs and charge outrageous cost for their work on top.

I've had one serious disaster in Russia where I ended up eating a nice chunk of change due to USPS' idiotic policies, and another one in the UK where Royal Mail seems to have dropped the ball and essentially left my customer - a fellow forum member - without any recourse to recover the damages...jronald wrote:I have done USPS to both Canada and Europe.
