HP officejet 7500a E910 "out of state error".

I was asked to take a look at this issue with printer not working with one of the computers on hybrid wireless network.

One: I picked a wireless computer and installed driver for this printer and that works.

This particular computer that could not work with printer is on hybrid network, is wired to the wireless router. Still will look into this and is there a way to find out what error says? In the office two 8.1 machines, note one works on wireless, one I'm working on, and 3rd is XP via USB to printer also working.

If you haven't already, you might try some of HP's diagnostic tools found here:

I don't know if these tools will reveal the actual name or nature of the error, though.
