3M? stick on copper heatsink with black textured.

Years ago I saw the info on a item that is for chipset cooling using black thin textured stick on that does have copper core sheet as heat spreader. I thought this thing was made by 3M. I wanted to acquire some of these.

Not the stick on heatsink pad or thermal glue on to attach heatsinks to anything.
